Aves Paper Maché is an all around multi-purpose, safe and non-hazardous, no asbestos maché, made with virgin paper pulp. This fine textured maché has a white body, is lightweight, strong and very versatile.
Aves Master Maché is concentrated, safe, and non-hazardous. Grey body, very strong and versatile. Can be used “neat” (as is) or with fillers up to 50% by volume including: plaster, chopped paper, gravel, dirt, sawdust, sand, cork, fibers, & more.
Aves Clayshay is an innovative, non-hazardous with no asbestos and 0% Shrinkage mache. Designed to be Different based on how thick or thin you mix it. Mix it thick to feel & handle like clay or mix thin to be like a mache.

Uses
Uses include classroom projects, design and art prototypes, casting, molds and reproduction items, model construction, theatrical props, model railroad scenery, substructures, pinatas, and more. Fun to use on all conventional & hand lay-up applications.
TIPS
*Coloring is fun and easy with the addition of food colorants, paint, or pigments etc. to the water or the wet mix of maché. A few drops of color go along way.
Directions
Measure dry paper maché powder as needed and mix with water to desired consistency. *Can add food colorants if desired.
Maché is now ready for use. Set-up time is about 30-45 minutes, depending on the mixed consistency. Maché is fully cured when moisture dries off in 1 to 4 days.
Simple water clean-up. Finish and paint as desired.
*Suggested mixing ratios (maché to water):
3:1 Batter-like for casting & molds. 4:1 hand lay-up applications.
*Keep out of reach of children...[S 2]. Safe for all ages when used as directed. *Wear goggles and dust mask when sanding cured maché...[S 39/36]. *Keep containers closed & dry ...[S 7/8]. *Conforms to ASTM D4236.
