Use this combination with our concentrated latex pigments to create a flexible, permanent paint medium for latex masks, props, and body parts. You can also use this material to make your own latex bald caps. Dries clear. Please note that this product can freeze. Please choose air only shipping during winter months to avoid any problems. If ground shipping is selected, customer orders at their own risk. We cannot replace material that is frozen when shipped ground.
